Simple Terms and Conditions

Any contact during after hours or closed hours will be addressed during the given operating hours above.

Any new project/item requests must be made at a minimum of 48 hours in advance or the project will be handed over within the following 48 hours after the request is made. Unless specifically stated and agreed upon otherwise.

Late notices on projects that demand immediate attention and completion that do not adhere to the above 48 hour rule are charged at an hourly overtime rate of $80 per hour (Double the normal rate).

All consultation and design work is charged at $40 per hour of work.

Invoices will be generated and sent before M-Zealous work begins as seen in the “flow of work” diagram. Invoices that are not paid and received after 14 days will result in the immediate stopping of ALL WORK for the respective client until the invoice has been paid. any invoices that have not been paid after 1 full month (30 days) shall result in the termination of the clients contract. Any client who has purchased a social media package must give a 3 month notice period to terminate their contract with m-zealous, unless written and agreed upon by both parties.
